The integration of an extract in a medium is a science full of mysteries. In fact, there are rules, customs, learned recipes needing particular attention in regards to the notes, bouquets and pairings. Thus, various extraction technologies are used well beforehand to obtain custom-made extracts, tailored to the medium in which they will be incorporated. During the application phase, we notice that these extracts take different tones because of the reactions to different ingredients. In a well-controlled application, the flavors are confirmed, intensified and we perceive new taste nuances, with more developed evolution notes. Appreciated from within, the flavors take on a new balance, a new richness.
