Clément Strohmann
Tropical Agronomy Engineer
After 3 years in Madagascar working directly with our producers, Clement returned to France in 2020 to oversee all purchases of vanilla, cocoa, and coffee. He continues to travel around the world in search of the best raw materials.
Vanilla is primarily grown by small producers around the world. In Madagascar, Indonesia, Papua–New–Guinea and Uganda, each vanilla pod is the result of a long preparation that begins with the manual pollination of the flowers and ends with refining the beans in a wooden box. Our goal is to contribute to the development of each family of planters who cultivate vanilla, by ensuring fair compensation for the work done.
